CASE SUMMARY: Full Mouth Reconstruction
by Carlos Castro, DDS, FACP, Board Certified Prosthodontist
If you have a patient with several missing, broken, or severely worn teeth, they may be a candidate for a full mouth reconstruction with the assistance of a Prosthodontist.
Patient “Ben” was referred to me due to his complex dental needs. He was only 35 years old but was already very concerned about his severely worn dentition and multiple failing restorations. He suffered from amelogenesis imperfecta, which was made worse by bruxism and clenching.
2. Restoration of Vertical Dimension.
3. Anterior guidance.
Do you have a patient in Ben’s situation? Or another complex case?
If you have a question about a case and want another opinion, give our office a call. Or, if there’s
a case that you want to work together on, please fill out and send in the enclosed referral form.
We will take great care of your patient and keep you informed. Dental professionals refer to us as The Reconstructive Dentistry Team because we perform complex cases every day.
